Geocaching leads to adventure in west Edmonton

By Elizabeth Walters

EDMONTON — Geocaching is a worldwide treasure hunt for everyone and anyone. Using GPS to navigate, participants can find hidden trinkets around the world or within blocks of their home.

Geocache AdventureThe simple rules of geocaching say if you take something from the geocache, leave something of equal or greater value.

All geocaches come with a logbook where you can sign your name and the date you found the item.

Geocaches can be found online by going to and looking up your postal code.
